The scope of the project includes all work required for the supply, installation and commissioning of the following work items:
1) Redesigning the shops area and the administrative area in the market
2) Rebuilding the administration part and transforming it into two floors. The first floor consists of the restaurant and its own kitchen, and the second floor consists of the administration, the market manager’s room and the prayer hall.
3) Improve the water supply network
4) Adding a fire-fighting system to the entire market
5) Install a water tank and a fire
6) Replacing the entire sewage network for the shops area, while keeping the part for the refrigerators area as it exists in the current situation
7) Improving the fire fighting system / utilizing on-site fire tubes, supplying the market with fire hose units and dry chemical portable fire extinguishers, as well as CO2 portable fire extinguishers (one in each electrical panel)
8) Optimizing the power grid according to standard electrical codes
9) Market renovation as needed, including improving restrooms, market finishes, restoring market cap and coverage
